EAT: Sunday brunch at White Mojo

Brunch culture is one of the gems of Melbourne. Though there is a heap of places where you can find delicious food and also Instagram-worthy spot, we both love White Mojo in the CBD.

It was a beautiful sunny Sunday; we went out to experience the brunch cafe White Mojo Coffee in the heart of Melbourne. The first impression is about the cafe's space. The white wood colours are simple, yet bring a sense of luxury.

Surely some of you will get satisfactory pictures when coming to this space. The food is also beautifully decorated, super tempting! 😍😍

For the main, I ordered Double Cheese Chilli Scrambled Egg. Don't worry if you don't know what to have for brunch. You can never go wrong with scrambled eggs!! 🍳 The crust looks a bit dry, but the combination of crispy bacon and thick cheese is just amazing! The white thread sprinkled on the cake is brioche vermicelli, giving the cake a strange and beautiful taste.

Then for the dessert - Flamingo Waffle. This dish really blew our minds! Sweet dessert of soft waffles with raspberry sauce, paired with fresh strawberries and mascarpone, full of flamingos, just as the name suggests! 💕💕. The highlight of the dish lies in two flavours of ice cream and floating cotton candy layer 🍬.

Noted for coffee lovers, at White Mojo they use specialty coffee ☕️. That's right.. you are about to taste the high-quality latte 😉.
